Their Single Use assemblies are manufactured for site-wide consumption from upstream to downstream and through to fill finish, all from their state-of-the-art ISO Class 7 cleanroom.

CPi Biotech also offers Single-Use Powder Handling and Charging solutions and Single-use Mixing Systems. CPi’s proprietary mixing system SpinMaster™, is Engineered Carboy Mixing Systems for clinical and commercial bioprocess manufacturing.

The SpinMaster™ is a low-volume, non-contact, aseptic mixing system, optimised for volumes up to 50 litres. It is available non gamma radiated, gamma irradiated between 25kGy to 40kGy for bioburden reduction or with Sterility certification to ISO 11137 VDmax25 SAL 10-6. The Closed Aseptic Mixing System is optimally designed for Low Shear to high Vigorous Mixing applications with the use of an integrated baffling system.
